We are thrilled to announce that our QMOS-Caster L2 product was successfully implemented at Nucor Darlington SBQ shop in September 2022. This marks a significant milestone in our journey to provide advanced and comprehensive solutions to our customers in the steel industry.
The QMOS-Caster L2 product boasts an array of key features that enable it to provide superior quality evaluation and process management. The system offers automatic and manual billet dispositioning, inch-by-inch quality evaluation, spec management, alerts and notifications, and failure analysis reports. The system also facilitates inch-by-inch data collection and retention of basic process information, process parameters tracking, automatic work order allocation based on the Cut Sheet, ad hoc length change, and seamless integration with QMOS (Level 3 system).
