Our motivated and dedicated Business Consultants are constantly on standby to assist our customers with any issues that may arise.  All support calls are documented and logged for detailed follow ups.  The issues are categorized by severity to help determine adequate response times and escalation services. Once issues are logged and documented, support tickets are created and tracked through email from the time the issue is mentioned to its resolution and finally to its delivery to the customer. We pride ourselves on paying attention to every detail and ensuring our customer queries are fulfilled.
