QMOS is designed with the needs of the Steel industry in mind, resulting in smoother implementations and increased flexibility offered to our customers. 

During the Evaluation and Observation phase, the purpose is to bridge the gaps between what we offer and what our customer’s wants in order to satisfy their operational objectives.  Meetings with key personnel and plant tours help facilitate this stage of the project in order to gain a firmer understanding of our customers, their jobs and their needs.

Implement and Integrate

During the Implementation and Integration phase of the project, we have designed and developed solutions aligned with our customers’ core strategies. 

This stage of implementation is highlighted by a several steps, few of which include:

• Go-Live &  Normalization

Maintain and Assist

We pride ourselves with our level of customer support.  Many improvements have been made to ensure our customers, at any post-implementation stage, are looked after with the greatest of interest.

We understand that once a project has finished, our customers are at a vital point where they are still dependant on our support and expertise.  This is why are Customer Support team is available around the clock to answer any questions and/or concerns our customers may have.
