QMOS Production Scheduling & Control (PSC) is a module that provides the necessary tools for management and operations personnel at the steel mill to plan and schedule the production on a monthly, weekly and day to day basis as well as to monitor and analyze results. This module is fully integrated with all QMOS modules

QMOS PSC begins with the sales order and prepares the production demand and Long Term Plan. The Short Term Schedule is derived from this plan, which manages the production for a shorter period. The allocation of a proper billet size to the orders enables the mill managers and Quality Assurance personnel to order the suitable grade and length of the billets from the Melt Shop.
