QMOS Shift Time Planner (STP) module closes the information loop between planning and mill production, giving your operators and managers more information with less effort. This tool is designed to record mill performance, display accurate and timely information for operators, and to help managers perform analysis, view trends, and isolate problems.

QMOS Production Reporting (PRR) module is at the heart of QMOS’s Rolling Mill Production.  Up-to-the-minute rolling mill tracking takes place allowing the pulpit operator to monitor and record all mill activities, including the status of each bar, tonnage produced, roll sets and passes in use, and delays. This information means that shift reports no longer need to be produced manually.
