Starting Jan 1, 2007, Quad Infotech is open for business 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.

Previously Quad Infotech maintained two separate “After Hours Only” hotlines for Melt shop and Rolling mill.  Support calls will be handled through one central support number.  This is yet another step by Quad Infotech to improve customer service and provide constant support availability for users.
